Is this a genuine Rolex part?
No. CLARUS crystals are independent replacement parts, engineered to fit the listed models. Rolex model names are used only to describe compatibility.
Does the crystal have antireflective coating on both sides?
Yes. Every CLARUS crystal features multilayer antireflective coatings on both the inner and outer surfaces. By reducing reflections from both sides of the sapphire, our dual-sided treatment maximizes clarity and light transmission for an exceptionally unobstructed view of your watch.
Will the antireflective coating wear?

The sapphire itself provides exceptional scratch resistance, while the advanced antireflective treatment minimizes distracting reflections for a remarkably clear, almost invisible viewing experience.
Will the coating change the appearance of my dial?
CLARUS is designed to reveal your dial, not change it. By minimizing surface reflections, the crystal allows more of the dial's original color, detail, and depth to come through with less distracting glare. The visual effect will vary depending on the dial, lighting conditions, and viewing angle, but the goal remains the same: a clearer, more direct view of your watch.
Is there an easy-clean coating?
Yes. An easy-clean topcoat sits over the antireflective stack, helping fingerprints, oils and water spotting wipe away more easily during routine cleaning.
Does the crystal come with a gasket?
Yes. Every CLARUS crystal includes a replacement gasket. However, if your original gasket is in good condition, we recommend retaining and reusing it, as the original may provide the best fit for your specific watch. Have the gasket inspected before installation to ensure it remains suitable for use.
Do I need a new gasket?
We recommend having the existing gasket inspected whenever a crystal is replaced. If it is worn, damaged, or has lost its elasticity, replacement is advised to help maintain the watch's water resistance. Water resistance depends on the complete watch assembly and proper installation. If the existing gasket is in good condition, we recommend you retain it.
Do you offer crystal installation?
Yes, we're building a network of trusted partner watchmakers who will offer CLARUS crystals and professional installation services. Our goal is to make experiencing CLARUS as seamless as possible, from selecting your crystal to having it expertly installed.

All CLARUS orders ship from Florida, United States. Domestic and international shipping options are presented during checkout, where available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and express checkouts such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, all processed securely through Shopify Payments at checkout.
What if it doesn't fit?
Unfitted crystals in original packaging can be exchanged within 30 days. Fitted crystals can't be returned, so confirm your reference first.
